| One parking space provided per room. |

| Misrepresentation voids reservation, and will be subject to forfeiture of amounts pre-paid. |
| Balance due on arrival in cash, travelers checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. (No personal checks accepted at Check-in.) |
| All children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times when in pool area. |
| All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in designated areas only. |
| Pool area is 100% smoke free! |
| No pets permitted. |
| No bikes permitted in rooms; bike racks are provided outside. |
| Skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, etc. are not permitted to be used on motel grounds. There is a bike path across the street for your use. |
